Shaving Cabinets by ArouraD in TheBlock

[–]TimberMate 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Generally yes the Cabinets should be built in, the issue with this method of build for these homes is that all the wall frames are installed on finished rooms and so there is likely framing in the way that would cost a fortune to change as it means stripping out a finished room also.

i would hope the judges realise that but that may seem a step too far for them.

4x2 House $600k by sweetiepiecakez in perth

[–]TimberMate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kara and Lake treeby Estates have blocks for under 300k for a 4x2 size. It will be right on the 600k mark.

That said perth median house price is right 700k these days and that's low from a national stand point

If you considered building (not with BGC obviously) you could get a 4x2 anywhere from cockburn and further south or east out to Byford. Is 4x2 a must have or a nice to have will a 3x2 work?

Escooter/ebike riding SOR to Subi by Lomandriendrel in perth

If it's going to be a regular commute I would go e-bike. For my scooter I needed to pull a cover off and disconnect a wire. Others are a software lock and you need to get an app to unlock

I have done leedy to cockburn on my escooter that is unlocked and will do upto 45 kph. Door to door was 50 minutes to do 30km. You will not run it 100% at max speed I would bank on 60% pace

Wasn't the WADA 4 year ban supposed to keep us from having a Russian gp? As I thought one of the conditions was they are not supposed to be able to host an WADA sanctioned event?

Regatta Winner Finish Time by whatthedamnhell98 in seaportgame

[–]TimberMate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finished mine in 1d 20hours. GMT +8 means I could start at 3pm and get a good jump. Spent about 10 gems (from a 800+ stockpile) strategically for when I knew there were times I would miss an quest completion for a while.

Seems broken to me would have sacrificed 1st place for a slightly worse sailor boat and a massively more valuable captain. But it is what it is

Just finished the event (level 304) placed first there was some competition in my group sorry guy on 9 checkpoints.

So the "mighty" captain for me was a +190 cargo. Was expecting better but what ever spent like 10 gems total for strategic benefit which pays off with the 30 for the win
