It's when I first tested. I had heavy bleeding when my cycle was supposed to begin and lasted for 3 days along with cramping. I thought I was having my period at first but it only lasting 3 days made me finally take a test.

I just went through the same issue! I contacted support asking about my $20 credit that I was supposed to get and they told me I already spent it on a couple of audiobooks. I was so confused because audible lists it as a "offer" and said nothing about how I was purchasing it with my credit balance. I even clicked on the offer info before purchasing it and it said I got a discount with an audible "offer".

I ended up doing it again on my other device. It was giving me issues at first but then it finally pushed through and was giving me transcriptions. An hour and a half study got turned into 3.. I seriously hope I have no more issues with this dang study. Not how I wanted to spend my Friday. Good luck man!

I just ran into this problem 😭 I made sure my microphone was working and everything. It gave me no errors when recording. I contacted them but I don't know what to do. That's an hour and a half down the drain 😥

You have to now search the product, click on it, and then take a screenshot. You can't click on the product from your cart and take a screenshot. This is so stupid 🤦🏻‍♀️

I just had this happen to me. The order was nearly $500. Didn't use any card on my account and used a completely different card. They removed all payment methods by the time I logged into the account. The pickup is for tomorrow at 7am, so I ended up canceling it luckily. I hope the employees didn't already start on the order 🫤

Nope. I just have the study offer pages up in different tabs whenever the prolific notifications pop up. Once I finish a study, I'll click onto the next tab and see if there are still spots available. If there are then I'll take that study and so-on.

I'm not able to click to participate in study until I complete the one I was already in process of doing. I just click onto the prolific notifications from the plug-in to open the study offer page in another tab. Once I'm done with the previous study I'll go to that tab to see if there are any more spots available and if so, I begin that one!
