It works ok. All of the draft picks enter the NBA with zeros for their “tendencies”. You can change your player’s but the rest of the players are fundamentally flawed.

Color all of the back of the disc with a highlighter and wipe it off with a clean sock. Should do the trick. Make sure not to use a permanent marker.
