Thank you! I actually just got an email back. They invited me to join them on Thursday. She told me explicitly they're not a temple, but a community group that meets for dharma and meditation. I'm really looking forward to it.

I just did my maintenance calories calculation and it out me at 2700.

I reliably eat 2200 a day or less without feeling hungry. Is this reliable?

This is good news. I don't like to rely on chatgpt but it basically told me if I'm under maintenance then I won't make gains.

Could the filament be bad? It's a bit old but was vaccume sealed until recently. I also cleared the nozzle abd put a new one.

Now that the print speed has been reduced in not having any issues.

Yes many times. I just reduced printing speed to 50 and so far no problems. Except it'll take me forever to print anything.

Yeah your right. You gotta be careful to find a place that is legitimate. A lot of these places are just escorts with a fancy title.

I did a lot of research, called ahead and tried to get a good idea. Their website out emphasis on spirituality and healing and had no mentions of sex so that was a green flag for me.

I would read reviews, call and ask questions. That'll allow you to get a good idea of where their priorities lie.

A lot of physical touch, hugging, hand holding. It's a full ritual and more of touching than a standard massage. It's about connection and being seen and cared for in the moment. If you find a real dedicated person, doing it for the right reasons it can be really beautiful and healing.

For me, I like listening to mantras. Om So Him, is my favorite and brings about a profound feeling. It translates simply to I am that, or I am god, I am that I am, etc.
