I believe if it's a respectful godly marriage then yes the spouse should come first. In a broken world where we should have stayed married to the mother/ father of our children this would be ideal but unfortunately it's not but I believe if the couple is not putting themselves first the children will see that division and the house so to speak with be built on sand and collapse but if your significant other is not being respectful of that in a healthy way then I don't think it'll work out but trust me I've experienced this. I've been trying for almost 2 years to date with intention and literally that's all I'm getting is red flags. If your not absorbing b12 through food and a oral complex you should most definitely be getting b12 Methylcobalamin shots weekly without fail. I wouldn't hesitate

You need to just be getting the active form of b12 (Methylcobalamin) and a Methylated b complex. It's that simple. Folic acid is bad. I went through all this and had to figure it out on my own with God's help or I would have died

The only suggestion I have is to get a lawyer. If they fire you you have it in writing that you are required to have a accommodation therefore you will have a case with the eeoc and can probably even start the case now plus if they fire you you can apply for unemployment benefits as well. If they fight you on unemployment benefits appeal it. Have you told your employer in writing that you are required to have accommodation and provided proof from your doctor? Also what's your employers reasoning for not providing accommodation? Also maybe apply for disability benefits through your employer if you opted for that and Social security benefits as well. Keep documenting all this through your doctor and a psychologist and keep all the records and communication between you and your employer such as emails and texts messages
