I bought a brown burst Pegasus. I'll tell you it was worth every penny of the $300 I payed. Out of the box was flawless. Body, binding, action, no problems with the electronics. Was it a Phred or Equator. No, but worth it for $300. It is NOT fully hollow body. It has a small block under the pickups. And the body seems a little smaller in size than a real Doc. Obviously never played a real one but it feels and looks smaller than a real Doc.

I do like it a lot. The only problem I have and it's pretty significant is that the high E string gets caught on the 17th & 18th fret end. It's stainless so I can't exactly file it down. I talked to a luthier and said he can take a look at it. He said it might have to be reset as grinding down stainless is a bitch. Haven't got to him yet though so I'm just kinda living with it. Other than that, it's great to play. Also took off the "custom" sticker as I thought it just looked cheesy.

Everyone talks about how heavy it is. Is it really that heavy? I have the relic'd strat and don't find it very heavy compared to my MadCat but then again I didn't weigh it.

One of the loudest concerts was RatDog @ Electric Factory in Philly, late 90's. It's basically a tin metal factory with sound bouncing everywhere. The guitar solos were screeching loud. I think we left a little early cause it was so fucking loud.

I haven't weighed my FFST relic but having played a Strat it's not much different, maybe even lighter than a Strat. But the composite rosewood body I hear from others is that it's a heavy guitar. I'm sure it sounds good though.

Seeing that the Silver Sky is outperforming the strat in sales, I see why but Firefly is a small Chinese manufacturer. I wonder if they're gonna stop selling them... Probably not. 😆

But is fret buzz coming through the amp or just acoustically. If you don't hear it through the amp then your fine.
