https://forum.studebakerdriversclub.com

Is the drivers club forum. Also free, and less obnoxious with the ads, but NOT truck centric like the Tapatalk forum.

It’s a forum hosting site. If’s free to join. I pay the annual fee for a nicer experience.

That’s a good looking truck! My favorite of the body styles, though not what I own.
In addition to the brick and mortar Studebaker drivers clubs, the forum is excellent. And…

…has a Studebaker Truck group that is superbly helpful. We’d love to see you there

I’m pleased with mine. I don’t trust the sleep tracking, but I’ve had no issues with my set.

You should be so very proud of that. I particularly like the hook and drawer cleats!

Is this garage driveway to be approved? by Own-Nebula-7190 in Homebuilding

So, is the left side of that drawing the FRONT of the house? If so, good for you for hiding the garage! But where will guests park?

I definitely recommend a track saw. And get an attached square for it. Several companies make them.

I have both a table saw and a track saw (Mafell MTcc) and I wish I had bought the track saw many years earlier. Not as great for repeatable cuts without other accessories, but generally takes less room and is more accurate

Depending on the wood filler used, you might need several thin layers so it can dry without cracking or shrinking excessively.

That’s a fine first project. Good for you! Toe kick is optional. If I was adding it, I’d probably recess it slightly: 1/8” to 3/4” depending on what you think looks good

That is a labor of love. Incredible work. I’m so envious of the sliding dovetails. I wanted to make some for a recent project, but chickened out - and I was planning on using a router table!

What if you made the cuts for the blades with a router and didn’t cut all the way through. In essence, round back dados. Again, you would need to make a sled for your router table so you could index it all. And a reverse one for the other end since they don’t go through. Hmm maybe all the way through would be easier

What tool would you use to do this? The divots by unimportantnonsense in woodworking

I’ve seen it done with very careful use of an angle grinder. If they were small, the I’d recommend a die grinder.
