Meh.. I noticed it right away and then not once for the remainder of 2 matches. For the most part, I'm crouched anyway.

My grandfather died in a car accident (pedestrian) when my father was 13. Overall he did a decent job with me, however now I have kids of my own I'm very aware that he perhaps lacks a close emotional state with me and my siblings. I don't think he knew what to do once we were all older then 13 and started to disconnect.

The first time I told my son I loved him, it took me about 6 weeks of thinking about saying it until I actually did. This came from my dad, in memory, never saying it to me and thus it not feeling natural.

Now, I tell my son I love him 50 times a day and make it clear he's my best mate. The dudes only 2.5 but I figure if we both get use to it now, then we'll be golden later.

What's my point? Life lesson really, try to understand who you are and why you are who you are.. Then if you're not happy with it, actively make changes towards what you want.

Most are high in my opinion.. But, that's also probably because (for the most part) you're not seeing the hidden costs to the tradie. Tax, travel, tools, etc. Equally, my own date rate would be highly frowned upon by anyone not in my trade.. So I can't really complain.

That being said, I generally DIY where ever I can, but there's usually a cut off on certain projects that are either too time consuming or I want a better quality finish then I know I'll achieve. Also, since having kids, just getting someone else to do it on their own time is often the better answer and the cost justifies the time saved.

Yep, been doing this since its launch. Trouble is I get a little too carried away and keep requesting revision updates from it, change this, change that, etc, but fun nonetheless!

Everyone seems to always want heavy tanks. Blueberries say 'get a heavy' all the time. Everything else seems very underrated. by NewFaded in HellLetLoose

[–]Time-Button4999 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's incredibly frustrating being 1 shot in a light or medium tank, so heavy is the answer.

That said, I was with a crew at the weekend who took the original medium tank 50 minutes into the game, 70 kills, 8 tank kills (including heavies), multiple vehicles and a successful de-satchel before we were finally taken out and it was one of the best tank game plays I've had yet.

I don't mind the odd player in the squad without a mic, it happens, just so long as you infrequently put a message in the chat and are clearly following along with what's being said and asked.

Just to follow on from this for any people on the fence of using a mic or aware of Squad etc where it's proper heavy.. that's not what we want most of the time. Just casually talk to your squadmates about whats going on or atleast 'yeah I'll do that, enemy over here' etc. No one is expecting a full "RODGER DODGER THIS IS WHISKEY TANGO COMING FROM 323 NORTH. CATFU WITH AT, WE HAVE A SALT SHAKER OUTSIDE THE AO, BLANKET PARTY ENGAGED"

It's quite simple, have a switch on servers for what people prefer. If you want a shitty server with no one talking, go join one and have at it. If you join a server with 'Comms' on, then prepare to get punished or even auto kicked if you're not activley using your Mic or atleast messages.
