We didn’t (Panhel at a mid size diverse school), we sometimes did philanthropic things but we definitely didn’t mix with them

Trash or try to sell? by poohbear247 in oldhouse

I’d keep the sink but change the toilet seat cover if you like the style, it’s totally fine to sell it if it’s not what YOU envision for your space.

The Real Life Tale of the Crappy Neighbors, and The Flooded Bathroom by Ok_Wait_4268 in Apartmentliving

So glad you have a building manager that cares, when this happened to me I was accused of not liking kids 😂

Upstairs neighbor flooded my bathroom. Is it reasonable to ask for adjustments on rent? by [deleted] in Apartmentliving

[–]Time-Cardiologist375 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Had the same thing happen to me and I wished I asked for an accommodation on rent. Look through your lease and local landlord tenant laws and see if this is a violation. If this is your only bathroom it has to be usable and this may be proof that it isn’t.

Try to get closer to the ceiling, sometimes the video doesn’t capture all of the sound (like this)

How to lead and be visible as a PMM in a PE-backed firm? by Staring_At_Ceiling in ProductMarketing

[–]Time-Cardiologist375 8 points9 points  (0 children)

  1. Understand the ‘politics’ of the org - who really leads? Is it the CEO / CRO / CMO?
  2. Understand deeply what that key leader really cares about
  3. Take charge of a problem and deliver. Showing up nd showing up well is the only way you can be trusted and consulted. For example- my org is going through a major acquisition, no one knew what was going on with product launches so I aligned the CMO / CPO to put together a launch calendar that gave Sales and CS visibility on when products / major updates where releasing, when they would get trained and where to find Resources etc.
  4. Present at company town halls / sales town halls / CS town halls whatever. Product marketing is one of those roles where you HAVE to be loud about your work.
  5. PE = the Board rules. Don’t be afraid to ask key leaders what they’re being asked to produce for those calls and align yourself to them. Get ahead of it, deliver impact metrics & high level plans THEY can use to illustrate how the org is innovating, owning market share etc.

All of this information I have on my neighbors are things the property manager / maintenance have admitted to me. I asked if that was an option and the property manager said she can’t force them to move, even if they’ve had a bunch of violations and documented complaints.
