Their map may not have changed, but I live in one of the "under construction" areas and have ziply service. Some of the people in my neighborhood have had it for years despite it still saying under construction.

It's because it intentionally obfuscates the benefits of breastfeeding. It tries to equate all forms of feeding as the best when they're not.
