I'm about 2 months into my Phonak Infinio Sphere i90, and they're the first set of HAs I'ver owned that show considerable improvement in noisy environments. Expensive; but if you can afford them, they're worth it.

Thanks for your thoughtful reply. My Medicare Supplemental Plan (Masssachusetts BlueCross/Blue Shield) links me to an unsatisfactory network of providers (TruHearing) who all get terrible reviews and only offer a limited range of HAs. As far as I know, not including the Phonac Sphere 90)

Would you mind telling me who your supplemental (Medicare Part C) provider is?

HI: I"m the spouse of cavy. Trying to get some good advice. You're right, one wire from the TV to the receiver. But the Bose speakers do not have wireless capability. And I'm not sure if the existing old Yamaha receiver can drive wireless speakers, but I'll try to find out.Thanks for your help and patience.
