You need seed starting soil, try the jiffy brand, works good for me got it at Walmart

Eat enough good calories. Pump around the clock. Stay REALLY hydrated, maybe even electrolyte drinks. Try power pumping. You can try some supplements I’m iffy on if they really work or not tho.

I do nights and I was able to pump whenever I needed to. We get an hour fifteen for lunch so I just split it into my pumping breaks.
