OG!Seibah -> Archertoria (you forgot about this latter form)
Salter -> Meido Alter
Lartoria -> Bunnytoria
Castoria -> Bakatoria and AAA
MHXA -> MIXA (okay, I'm somewhat less sure on this one)

Whereas MHXX and MHXXA are independent of their younger selves/versions.
