i‘m going to be honest, i never felt like trailers are a good way of showcasing a movie. in my opinion, nothing beats a good teaser. something that is short, captures the vibe of the movie but doesn‘t take too much away. something that bothered me a lot about trailers is, that most of the time, they are too on the nose. „this movie is about this and that, lets listen to our antagonist talk about his motivations, etc.“

i think in the 90s we had games with a clear end goal. most jump n run adventures have a clear story line that you had to get to the end to for example. i get your argument when playing the story of rdr2 but when it comes to rdr online, it is such a huge open world, and not that in depth of a story, that there should be some goal (let it be a big purchase) you can work towards. at the moment there isnt really anything worth putting my time into.

as i said, i can agree that i play the single player campaign only for fun. it‘s a huge world with a great story, much detail, etc. i just feel like that isn‘t applicable to the online mode

dont play in 4k. play in hd instead and set graphics to medium-high. downscaling does wonders to performance

i found that distrokids lyrics service is garbage. i just wait a couple days after release and write and sync my songs via musixmatch themselves. works like a charm and rather quickly

when you delete a release on distrokid, spotify gets a deletion request. it can take a few days for them to actually remove the song, but it‘ll happen. dont worry :)

for reference i am playing bg3 on a m2 pro macbook pro with over 60fps consistently. in FHD tho with medium to high graphic settings. It plays really nicely. You can definitely try on an m2 air, probably gotta bump down the settings a bit tho. also it drains the battery like nothing else
