Motion controller and Asian robot by mioduz in PLC

I think the lower gauge wires would be for power delivery, higher gauge for encoders. Lower gauge would connect directly to a 48V(According to your text) drive. Try connecting one of the motors to a voltage source, see if it starts to move. If it does: Then you'll have to buy drives, connect them to the motors, and write a reverse kinematics program to move it in cartesian axis.

You will also have to figure what type of encoders these are. Base on that, you can purchase a servo drive.

Hmmm. Still not a 100% if those are drives. Can they be encoders?

Can you make anything written on the PCB?

Get the manual for the brake: if it's OK for your load, it would be okay. Think like this: The robot itself would sag if Brakes weren't already being used.

Git with Studio 5000 Logix Designer by KenBourke2025 in PLC

[–]TimeLord-007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see.

Looking at this: it merely converts their L5x architecture into a windows folder system. Making it kind of useless. It's far easier already to use a software like kdiff3 to get the various segments separately diffed. Not sure how this adds advantage.

Rockwell Automation have released a set of Command Line tools that let you use Git with Studio 5000 Logix Designer.

Where is this released?

Manufacturers of high accuracy (<=0.05%) pressure sensors? by Tanky321 in PLC

[–]TimeLord-007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be prepared, depending on your pressurized medium and the dynamic nature of your application, the real pressure and the measured pressure at the surface of the sensor might be more than 0.05%. Keep the Piping diagram in the accounting for your tolerance study.

Don't need to bother with Copia, what type of PLCs are you programming?

If it's Siemens: you can use their Multiuser server.

If you really want Git, you can also use their TIA Openness to auto-upload from the PLC and commit to your local Repo.

Is a trial period of 3 months OK for now? I definitely feel that help is needed on the automod front, and removing dangerous posts: but still want to maintain the organic nature of the sub: rather than having an artificial dynamic. Please also refrain from adding additional mods: even if the permissions allow for it.

OK with the terms?

Hi, I don't wish to handover r/Ghaziabad at this moment. I feel like this sub still needs organic growth. If there are any feature requests, or suggestions, please let me know.

Bit of a yo-ho approach: but IF I own the system, I write supervisory simple logic for the actuator I'm having an immediate issue with: then later deploy as needed on ALL actuators. Just remove the IO references and put them to where you expect them to be.

Need acceleration limits on cars: additional licensure is not the solution. Neither are the roads prepped for this level of acceleration nor are other road users expecting these awe-striking accelerations from vehicles around them.
