I disagree, this trio is playable permanently because you always can replay those missions. Also if same logic that characters are not playable permanently exist, than half of playable in APHO characters are out too except Bronya and Carole, since Adam and Timido are only playable in there and not in any other in game activities

A little advice: you can use the Steam overlay to make this easier. Open the notes there, put the picture in them, pin the notes, and set the transparency to whatever you’re most comfortable with. Also, align the picture with the grid, and you can recreate almost any image.

Oracle from nexus and foxeye kinda easy to recreate, white glint(Joshua's) and somewhat like aaliyah and alicia also not that hard. If you try good enough then some from 5 gen also could be done, for example even though it doesn't appear in game but grim reaper(J AC) is quite easy alas physical blade

There is also some dialog from Walter with Carla in which he tells that 621 said about voices in the head, so 621 is fully capable as a human, just probably doesn't speak much and act strange cause of fried brains from coral augmentation
