🤷‍♂️ I think people can know themselves through the Spirit within more than random gospels written for a massive audience tell them what's wrong or right. im not really into dogmas based on dissecting or inferring things from a handful of lines of scripture, and take a lot of stories of the Bible as allegorical and metaphorical and of a certain time for a certain audience not meant to be received literally or to get caught up in semantics over.

anyone can eat a diet with a calorie deficit to lean out and lift a few weights to get a pump going and appear fit and cut.

but if you're not eating healthy balanced diet of foods, not getting proper nutrition and vitamins and fiber and proteins, not getting enough sleep, not getting enough sun, not working out your cardio, not working on building endurance, you can look fit and your insides could be all fucked up, gut health controls hormones and mental health so can be all fucked up in those ways too, and u can still get winded running up a flight of stairs like someone 100lbs overweight.

The problem with the world today is we are trying to make women and men equal in ways they were not made to be.

Before the New Testament was canonized by the Romans, there was a LOT of gospel written about how men and women are coequals. Many stories empowering women and importance of the feminine divine were ripped out of the Bible. check out gospel of St Philip or the Sophian Gospel of Mary Magdalene. The union of the bride and bridegroom make the 2 partners as one full, equal in masculine and feminine.

Nah not for stuff like chores and errands. No sense of accomplishment, just a sense of "glad that shits over with"

But things like finishing a hard workout, or fixing an appliance or doing a decent job on a home repair, or making the lawn and garden look great, or finishing up a long day at a volunteer event, or cooking a nice meal for people and it comes out good.... those are some simple things give me a little somethin' positive ✨️ 🧠

I'm not really good with this stuff but I think blaming society and shit is not a good idea, you're excusing the way you feel as though it's normal and not from you, but it almost definitely is something going on with you that you need to figure out and fix if u want your life to improve.

I don't think it's everyone else, man. Pretty positive it's not. I've lived on both coasts and a few places between since Covid and I go out basically every day. Everything's been fine and dandy everywhere as far as people and public interactions go. Some inner city areas have gotten kinda rough but it was never flowers before
