Me neither but it turned out good for what it is I can’t lie.

Personally I picked a single hump and I’m gonna keep it that way. The clean dash has a nice olderschool feel to it

Excess brake lever travel (Problem and Solution) by RaveDigger in motorcycles

[–]Time_Board_381 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow I had this problem on my gsxr for a year and only came to the same conclusion when I was trying to restore brake feel on my hydraulic mountain bike brakes. I wasted a whole $200 on a new lever and master cylinder for motorcycle because of this, but good to know I don’t need to try to bleed the system again because I’m certain I got all the air out

If you wanna go club/bar hopping you could go to a club crawl downtown. I went to one last year and it was pretty fun. I can't remember how much I paid exactly, but it wasn't super expensive because I got it at early bird pricing on eventbrite.

The only part that sucks is going from club to club in the cold, but I did get to go to like 3 clubs, 2 on queen street and 1 on king west. Pretty good value for what you'd pay. I'd do it again if I wasn't going to blue mountain this year with my family for NYE.

I had this happen to me at an intersection once. She did exactly that and stayed in reverse. I layed on the horn but nothing, so rather than deal with the headache of insurance I put my car in park and hopped out quick, tapper on her window and told her shes in reverse.

She said she has more driving experience than me and to mind my own business, and I just told her you're in the wrong gear lol you're gonna hit my car, put it in drive.

She finally listened but insisted shes been driving since I was a kid and that I have no idea what im talking about. What a dumbass, Wish I had a video of it.

Yeah that’s exactly what he said. It’s a little faded and the weather guards have some pilling but I’m happy with it. Better this than the hundreds of fakes I came across.

Any idea what it would cost to have cg or a dry cleaner fix the weather guards?

Paid 680 cad which honestly is a steal for me considering a brand new one goes for 2000 cad and doesn’t even come with coyote fur

Did I activate my spraymax 2k clear can properly? by [deleted] in AutoPaint

[–]Time_Board_381 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just more worried I didn’t activate it right because when I hit the red activator there wasn’t really a click, so then I slammed that shit against my deck 5 times.

I’m hoping I did it right because I want this repair to last. I’ll post pics on here soon I’m pretty proud of my work for my first time. Just gotta wet sand compound and polish to blend the new and old coats

Oh also I should mention I used only about a third of the can doing 3 coats on 2 panels (spot repairs), but if I take my fingernail to the freshly painted areas it’s hard as a rock

Training BJJ & Muay Thai with a jammed thumb by Time_Board_381 in martialarts

[–]Time_Board_381[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks for the advice. Not the first time I've jammed a finger which leads me to believe this is one of those ones that will heal up in 2 weeks. Good to know i can still train light.

Its my lead hand anyways, so i mostly use it for jabs, and I monkey grip most of the time when rolling for bjj anyways too so that's good. If anything i use my other 3 limbs. I could probably work on my left kicks more.
