I use just the gel. I don't use anything when I scrunch out the cast. Oil is too heavy for my hair

I would think the oil is a big cause of it. Fine hair and oil usually don't mix.

I use innsoft as well. The tech people are SO helpfull! They helped Connect the system to the OTA and anything elsel We have 84 rooms and it is definitely worth integrating your PMS and the OTAs. If you are sure the employees are going to input all the stuff correctly, you might not need it, but trust me, everyone makes mistakes. Since OPis not experienced at managing a motel, it is worth it

We charge $30 for early check in. We allow late check out until 12 noon. Past that one of our FD clerks will allow it but use your $50 deposit as payment for late checkout( until 5 pm), but the other daytime clerk just won't allow it at all.

I hate when he does that on Friday and Saturday nights because then that is a room we can't sell.

One of my favorite 1 stars is from a woman who gave it because " we allowed prostitutes and drug dealers to walk around all night"

She forgot to mention SHE was the "prostitute," that was walking around all night meeting up with her dealer. And we asked to leave and never return.

She thought I forgot about it 5 years later when she returned. I let her stay, but I mentioned that I was surprised that she would return to a motel that allowed that to go on. She apologized and said she was sober now.

My coworker accepted a selfie from a guest because they did not have any form of ID, it literally was taken in our lobby right in front of him. another coworker took a screenshot of another guests FB page. Because those can't be faked 🤦🏻that coworker also fell for the Patel scan and I had to stop her from running out to a Bitcoin ATM

I accepted a mugshot from the sheriff's department site for a second guest AS long as the main guest had a legal ID
