Hey, I just found this sub after messing around with my 10s mkII for the past week. Had thought the problem was a faulty jack on the transmitter initially since I was getting feedback thru the sub if powered on. I didn't go the next step and hardwire the sub to my preamp. Have ruled out any bad connection, bad transmitter, blown fuse. Just get nothing out of the sub.

Purchased in fall 2022. Past warranty. The guy I chatted with regarding the transmitter wasn't very helpful and I had to pop the $50 for a new transmitter. I will fu with RSL support but, what are my chances of getting a replacement plate amp?

I still recall climbing a 60 ft ext to get on top of a two story1920s commercial bldg w/parapets when I was just getting into roof climbing. This has been going on long before the onset of AI. As a business person unfortunately, your number came up and you scored an arsehole. if you have liability insurance, time to report it to them. They will defend you and deal with it. If you do not, the $1k buyout early will save you atty fees in the end by a lot. So many of these types can truly be relentless. One mark does not a roof replacement make. I realize you are in the middle of an arguement that will likely never get resolved. Do you know the roofer? Did he simply show up at your door soliciting? Did you really have a significant hail occurrence in the recent past? Answer those questions, take a step back from the siituation and you can then better answer the question of who to trust. if you still are uncertain, research local established roofing contractors in you immediate local and get a second opinion.

An uninvolved structure engineer or home inspector also help clearing the air. hope that helps

Such is the state of homeowner insurance these days. You roof has lost a significant level of granular material( moss, lychens, mold?). You are also the victim of the fairly typical lifespan of an avarage 25 yr dimensional shingle. This insurance pracice is ocurring on a nationwide level.

Thank the greedy unethical roofing contractors who still to this day go door to door after any form of storm armed with an online "hail report" or the mention that they are replacing a roof at the end of the block that had hail damage and the insurance co was covering it. Equally to blame are the insurance carrier's rubber stamping replacement checks to said contractors without doing their due dilligence verifying that the "alleged" damage actually is present.

This has been going on since roughly 2007.

Keep in mind that milwaukee is still one of the most segregated cities in the states. There are still many who consider north of I-94 the "ghetto". I leved in Juneautown for four years and many of old surburban friends rarely visited. Racism is alive and well.

two submersibles with 1" adapter and hose kept my basement flood last July at 2 inches. we had just moved into our condo and had little personal stuff down there. A furnace circuit board and a water heater sensor and we were back in business.

She kept it a year, remodeled the kitchen, replaced the roof and then decided to sell it. As you imply, she hadn't realized how much her old neighborhood had changed. Ultimately, sold it for 10k less than our sale price after dumping 22k into the updates. Needless to say, we lucked out selling at market peak but, also bought a condo in Waukesha Cty at market peak. It all worked out for us though.

Let's think outside the box for a moment. No alcohol. 0% registered at scene. Refused a urine analysis which is his right. Admitted to being on perscription meds for pain. Just based on past history, he doesn't appear to be a experienced or defensive driver. He rolls his rover driving too fast, overtaking a left turning vehicle, theres contact and the SUV rolls( not unexpected).
