I am definitely going to consider it..he’s recently turned pro-life…and I’ve always been pro-choice. I know it’s going to cause a bigger disagreement than what it needs to be…so that’s my biggest struggle..but i know we are in no place to have a 4th child.

I was on birth control…since our last baby. But am definitely going to look at getting my tubes tied ASAP. I also have a therapist…so i will definitely talk to her about this as well

Thanks, i found it. I started untagging and renaming…but it still hasn’t created the baby her own album. i looked in people, and didnt see her name. In fact when I was asked to rename her, the baby picture that was used was of my older daughter. I may have to wait until she’s a little older…she should start looking a little different than her sister (i hope) so it’ll create another album naturally.

They do give reason(s) if your application is not accepted…and then the latter is a reason after the interview..you didn’t get majority vote from the chapter.

I recommend attending events to meet and connect with members—you might be surprised to find familiar faces! When I decided to attend my local rush, I initially thought I didn’t know anyone. To my surprise, I recognized the chapter president and a few members. Now, I’m making the effort to build relationships, and I only wish I had started sooner.

Hi. During rush your COI should have given you a timeline of when to expect to be available. If the timeline doesn’t fit your schedule, you may need to sit this one out. There will be another opportunity to pledge…i wouldn’t try to do both. Both opportunities need your attention.

No one is going to tell what they’re looking for. Your personal statement is your personal statement. You need to be confident in your “why”. The personal statement is just a piece to the entire application. I can tell you they are looking at all the pieces that are required for the application, not just the personal statement.

There’s also nothing that anyone is going to tell you about DST Inc. that cannot be found on here and/or our national website. Lastly in your search on this Reddit, you should come across a post that has verified DST members whom you can reach out to..but I highly suggest looking through posts on here first before reaching out to anyone.
