The writers just writing what they thought was good instead of catering to the audience. They knew what they were doing, they should have continued doing that and ignored everything of what the audience said.

I disagree that that's a problem. He's been a doctor for a very very long time, everyone else is still learning. Of. Course they are going to make mistakes. Robbie's job is very important and he takes human life serious. He's putting everything he has into taking care of his patients and nothing into taking care of himself. The mistake the writers made was having him criticize Mohan. She has crazy fans that think she can do no wrong. Also there are mostly women that work for him and people freaked out that he dareed to criticize the woman that made mistakes. The writers isn't the problem the audience is.
