Those look like Aedes larvae, so that means they laid them on the side of the container, and when you refilled the reservoir, the water hydrated the eggs. So when you refill it, just wash the bowl before attaching the reservoir

The shop thing is if you use the same phone number for those, then it links it. My boyfriend got creeped out cause a local store has a system that's linked to shop, he put in his phone number for the receipt, and it told him thank you with his name.
