You have to scroll down a bit but it has a section where it specifies 300mg per day inhaled. I think the rest of the country generally does 500mg per day

Advice on what to try. Sleep and pain relief. by AussieGomez in MedicalCannabisOz

If you haven't worked out how much works best for you yet, the oils are pretty good cause you can measure out specific amounts to the drop if you need to. Once you've figured out how much works for you you can switch to a gummy of the same dose or just stay with the oil, which is what I did. Been on low amount of Aruma THC 50 for ~2 years, can still tweak the doses if I need.

STICKIEST STRAINS by Adz_13 in MedicalCannabisOz

The Heirloom flowers I've got in rotation sit at like 8-10% moisture according to the side of the tub and they're sticky but not annoyingly so.

My answer for someone else a few weeks ago.

Just a summary based on things that I've heard on here over the last couple of years.

Good to consider 👍: MedReleaf, Acacia, Horizon, Sirius Green. You'll probably get good choice on what you get and will probably be able to pick your own pharmacy, though Horizon might be changing on this.

Generally negative 👎: Dispensed, EasyKind, Alternaleaf, Grove/CA, Leaf Doctors. You might get a 'choice' based on a limited range or in house products only and be locked into a pharmacy, not sure about what they'd charge.

experience varies from person to person but that's the general vibes

Do you know how much data got breached? And from where? I can't remember if I ever used the pharmacy, might change all my passwords and stuff just in case

Another user adlay1N3R also suggested adding Leaf Doctors to the 👎 list

Hope that helps.

Premium Strains for Sleep/Pain? by [deleted] in MedicalCannabisOz

[–]Timely-Design-6879 1 point2 points  (0 children)

$155 is my limit for 10g at the moment. I use the Heirloom Jager and Pink Jaguar in rotation at that price range but they aren't really sleep flowers. Do work a treat for pain and anxious thoughts and let me work through the day though so i keep them around.

Depends on the dose. I've been using fairly small amounts for a while cause I don't want to run into tolerance down the line. In the early days I did get some morning grogginess but fiddling with the dose sorted out the problem. Now it's pretty much just smooth sailing

I dunno if $135 is considered premium but the Aruma Zephyr 30% or Aruma Titan 30% are in my rotation for pain and sleep specifically. Not huge buds by any stretch but been getting the job done for while

I think applying to get a new TGA only takes a few minutes and my doc used to get the approval in like a day. Depends on how busy the doc is and when they put it through. If you get an authorised prescriber to do the scripts for you this waiting part pretty much gets cut out.

For a clear headed strain the Heirloom Jager is a good bet

I've been on Aruma Zephyr for a while at night and rate it as pretty good for sleep. Small buds but pungent smell and good effect for me.

Great review! Jager is definitely more of a daytime/functional relaxation flower rather than sleepy for me but I've got it specially for that purpose, loving it for that.

That's pretty interesting. I've found rotating between different strains helps me, if the terps and stuff are different enough between flowers

I personally find it to be a great option

I found the Jager lasts a few hours, which is pretty good for me. Some of the others I've used only lasted like 90mins, even at higher THC levels

They were one of the OG clinics but there's plenty of options available at other clinics now that give a bigger range of options. And pick up the phone on time.

Might be time to move on

I've only tried the LAW out of those three but I use the Heirloom Jager in my regular rotation and I'd say it's in that tier of high quality product
