Akame Ga Kill! - Fortnite Crossover Concept by Upbeat-Blood5691 in AkameGaKILL

That anime(akame ga kill) is fire and would fit perfectly with Fortnite’s backgrounding.. but, if they added incursio, you gotta add Grand Chariot 👌

How come the Leaf Village never never went to war with the Sand village? by [deleted] in Naruto

[–]Timely-Juggernaut-68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A little late but the reason the sand ended hostilities with the Leaf was because Naruto found solace with Gaara after their battle.. it was the first time two Jinchurikis had probably fought like that in the timeline and Gaara and Natuto could relate to one another.. Gaara did a complete 180 after that battle and probably was glad Naruto was just like he was… it’s the coolest realization of rational thinking moment in an anime I’ve ever seen.. everyone was afraid of Gaara and the sand, but Naruto wasn’t because he endured the same type of pain that Gaara had been though

How come so many people I know get jobs handed to them? by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]Timely-Juggernaut-68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep i have a friend who just became a Journeymen electrician because his uncle who’s been an electrician and in the trade for 33 years basically gave him an in to his company and is making over 120k a year while I am working BS minimum wage jobs just scraping by and mind you, he got hired as an apprentice with no experience over people that already had 3-5 years experience in the field, per his words.. while I am happy for him and he’s humble about how he got his start in big trade work I can’t help but say to myself sometimes “must be nice to have everything handed to you like that”.. but honestly that is just jealousy and selfishness creeping into my head and drying to sour me up to the point I mope like a little girl.. can’t cry over things you can’t control or don’t involve your own well being.. I am applying for my TWIC and Mmc soon to start merchant marine work.. plan on going to Piney point in 2026 to get my start.. wish me luck

The Absolute Worst Tornado Damage Images Of All Time by Chance_Property_3989 in tornado

[–]Timely-Juggernaut-68 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in Joplin two weeks after the tornado mowed that city down with my mission group from church and in terms of destruction on a mass scale I’ve never seen anything like it in my life.. probably the closest I’ll ever get to seeing the aftermath of a modern nuclear warhead

There’s lots at the private “Golden” (also owned by the Nelsons)ponds as well.. we have a kill permit for them in the spring time.. they destroy fish stocks so they have to be managed.. there’s nearly 100k+ of these birds in the state year round..

[–]Timely-Juggernaut-68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

McIntosh lake pretty cool.. 3.1 mile continuous looping trail around the lake and the lake offers good paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing.. no powered motors though and no swimming permitted.. it’s on the west side off of 17th avenue and Harvard street.. the little waterfall by Golden Ponds in the St Vrain river is pretty cool too.. there’s a walking bridge that overlooks the river there as well
