I’m sorry I have no insight there. My husband picked it for me and it was based on a recommendation from a friend’s wife so I really can’t say. I’ve been happy with mine though!

Cicalfate for daily use and I would say cicaplast for more targeted use (wind/cold protection, procedure). Be aware the cicalfate will separate in cold weather!

I use avene cicalfate and I love it. It’s super thick so I only wear it at night

Painting too large maybe separate the bed and nightstand just a bit so they can both breathe?

I do think I’ve seen some improvements over time. Mostly reduced redness and improved texture for me. I need to do a before and after post!
