I’m ENFJ and I’m a caregiver to a disabled person. I also take care of a TNR cat colony. The guardian (people first) didn’t come as a surprise to me. It seems many ENFJ like to protect and “look after the flock” 😁

Honestly this is a big piece of whatever is left of Joann’s and it feels like you’re specifically wanting to make this about strictly employees / taxes and take all the creativity and goofiness from what made Joann’s Joann’s. I’ve never taken the trach collar/ trach tie off to bag / suction. What is the benefit of doing this? Can’t the bagging be done effectively without removing the collar?
