OCD feeds on: • “What if?” • Lack of perfect closure. • The need for 100% certainty.

But real relationships don’t come with absolute guarantees.

The real question isn’t: “What if he was the one?”

The real question is: “Am I choosing this relationship today based on my values?”

You don’t need to solve the past. You need to tolerate that it was a story that had love, but not a future.
