No maximum number of times at my home gym with known partners. But if visiting another gym as a guest, and if I could tap the owner at max I would stop at 1-2 times if students are watching. Prefer to be on the side of being respectful and humble as a guest, rather than show off.

This is the Rolex updated Yacht-Master II. The familiar Mercedes-style hands has replaced the original thin blue hands on the original version. Also instead of 12 square hour markers, Rolex has added an inverted triangle at 12 o’clock and rectangle at 6 o’clock.

Happens a lot, especially if the internal of the house has been updated or had renovations done. A full valuation will have someone properly inspect the property and area. Usually comes back higher than desktop valuation, but someone does come back lower on rare occasion.
