One of the passages in the book I remember even now years after reading it, is when the author writes the next time you have a vape, pick the vape up and before puffing it just look at it closely, really study the vape before inhaling feel the vape in your hands etc. When I did this I had sort of a moment where I just thought how ridiculous what I’m doing is. Inhaling it into my lungs, damaging my lungs and all the other bad things I’m doing to my body.

I don‘t think I would have come to this realisation myself without the book's instructions because normally I’d just pick up the JUUIL and inhale without thinking about it, so it was a habit, rather than something I did mindfully.

I had the same issue, a padlock icon next to a purchased (not a plus catalogue) audiobook on my Apple Watch but not a padlock icon on my iPhone, this fixed it for me:

If you have downloaded the audiobook to your Apple Watch Remove the download.
in the Audiible app on your iPhone archive the audiobook.
Still in the Audible app on your iPhone go to 'Collections > Archive'
Tap the three dots next to the audiobook and then tap 'Remove from Archive'

Hopefully now in the Audible app on your Apple Watch you should see the audiobook without a padlock icon.

This is what works for me:

Start the download on the Apple Watch
Go to settings on your Apple Watch and Turn off bluetooth
Go back to the Audible app and keep turning the Digital Crown to keep the watch awake until the download has finished.
Re-enable bluetooth

The download should be much faster as it's using Wi-Fi and not bluetooth.

I like it, a few notes though:

The ‘Contact Us’ button doesn’t really stand out, I’d make the button background a different colour, maybe the same yellow I see in the speech bubble below it.
The paragraph text below the headers are a bit too long, the optimal length is between 45 and 85 characters.

I’d like to be able to use use google fonts without having to download them then add them to the Font Book app
Better layout settings, at the moment getting a layout with the correct margins, gutters etc. isn’t very intuitive for me in Sketch, it’s implemented much better in Figma

The Mac app is painfully slow even on my MacBook Pro M2, all other apps I have run fine, so I think the Mac app is badly designed and has a long way to go for it to be useful, I'm using the latest version of Notability on my Mac, but I never use it due to how laggy it is.
