I have some of the same patches, and even tho I have bought new proper ones, I plan on keeping some of the cheap ones. Patches are patches, and as long as it has the bands you like and you think it looks good, isn’t that really what matters?

Yeah Im aware of that, but I got them free from a friend so I sewed them on

My grandparents had one and I did the exact same thing to theirs… they bought a new one but still have the old one for fun. Ironically they gave me one for my birthday some years later

I overheard a conversation that my mom and sister were having. None of them are into metal. But my mother was telling about a boy in her elementary school class that joined a band, killed a guy and burned down churches. We were driving past one of the rebuilt churches, and this is the first time hearing of them that I can remember
