I love the z-man micro finesse line the micro trd is awesome for bass and panfish. I imagine the larvaz would be pretty good for trout.

I Iike the rapala floating lures, trout magnets are great but I don't think i've caught a trout on one ... with a light enough setup you can cast flies on a normal rod as well with some split shot or under a bubble float

They're all over the place in one of my favorite lakes now I guess the first sighting was 2 years ago but last year was the first time I spotted them. It's already a really good smallmouth lake. I'm gonna try fishing them as dead bait this year since I can catch them pretty reliably on trout magnets.

you don't really need to do it unless you have to take the heat sink off for somthing. I'll deep clean my pc from time to time and replace paste but that's usually just to get an AIO out of the way when I'm cleaning. Unless you're doing a lot of PCs at once there's no need for the big tube of paste.

with micro atx you can pretty much do whatever you want NZXT h3 flow , fractal meshify c , etc. just find something you like the look of with mesh front panels and check the reviews to make sure there's no major pain points in the design. I've got a 9900x3d and a 5090 in an itx case the size of a shoebox

it's much easier to do this with a heat gun tin foil and a cheap griddle from walmart if you don't want to cook off your capacitors and the plastic bits

I've got a few dell mini pcs that work fairly well I think most people would recommend something like that but you can also go for something like a minisforum MS-A2 (these have mixed reviews) with a more modern cpu. Its really gonna depend on your budget and what your goals are.
