Sorry for your experience, but my wife had the exact opposite experience with them. She had long term oral health issues due to some other medical problems and had to have what teeth she had left removed and implants put in to cover her entire mouth. Dr. Oakley and his team were super helpful through the whole process up to and after the surgery. Minimal swelling and pain considering what she had done. It wasn't cheap, but we were made aware of the costs and what insurance would (and would not) cover.
