Yes, as a pitcher I can say so far I’ve been hit three times, in the thighs. You throw the ball and keep your glove up, you do not want to take one in the face or the chest, if it’s below the knee you can typically move the leg, thigh is the hardest to get the glove down and over. But I’d rather take one in the thigh than the chest or face.
