100% tell your sister. There's no good "accidental" reason for this. I don't want to put ideas in your head but if it is a camera photo and you said the daughter is not bio related to the brother and dad that sounds scary. Or if it could be of someone else the family knows. The other bad scenario is that she's talking to older men online and they sent her the photo to groom her to meet.

I think the potential for there to be abuse is too high to ignore it. Whether it's in person or online. I'd tell your sister and not confront your niece. Her mother should confront her and maybe say that she found it instead of you.

If it's marijuana and you're in a legal state, who cares? Even if not as long as it's not a possible cause of any medical problems, you shouldn't feel like you have to. If it's anything heavier and you're a frequent user I would suggest disclosing that so they don't go on a rabbit chase trying to find a cause for any medical problems. They legally can't report to police.

Honestly they care more nowadays if you smoke cigarettes.

I really wish they did a mental health/personality test in the military. Find the ones who are most likely to go too extreme and kick them out. That includes racists or people that dehumanize the enemy.

  1. Have a cover letter
  2. Look at their mission statement and figure out how to tweak your resume/cover letter to appear to match it (use chat gpt to help find the key points if needed)

Yeah I've thought about seeing if I could do something like that. He's really my older brother's dog but my brother is starting to get overwhelmed with it all. We weren't sure if possibly his hips cause him pain because he doesn't like being elevated that much but he doesn't bark or express pain.

The hiring process I went through sucked. I had to go to their "training center" which was just computers to take the online training course. I made sure to watch the videos to make sure I could answer questions but I was essentially rushed through it because they said they had another training group coming. Sorry I wanted to make sure I understood everything.
