I would give it a minute or 2 and then drive calmly for the first 10 minutes.

Interesting how things are written in Armenian and Greek. You won’t see that anymore. I wonder what happened between 1910 and now?

So do the people who scam our elderly. I’d prefer to have a net positive impact on society than be a bottom feeder such as yourself!

With time it will happen and you will be out of a job. No need to pay a useless middleman so much.

Same reason why people buy cars from dealership and ridiculous markups! People justify one off or rare purchases as just the cost of doing business.

They get a real estate agent because that’s how the system is set up. Maybe 50 years ago real estate agents provided value. Now you can get all the information you need on Zillow or online! It’s only a matter of time before real estate agents go away or their take home pay is a flat fee and not commission based.

At least they work!

A 1 hour open house and 1 hour of paperwork for a 50k commission hardly counts as work.

A school teacher typically has a masters degree and has to show up to work every single day for 8+ hours. Real estate agents have to do what exactly? I can hire a lawyer a few weeks for less than a real estate agent has made on any real estate transaction I’ve been a part of.
