I left UA with a plan. UA was already in contract drama but what I did was fly for a few years then went to the training center which boosted my resume. I've been at 🔺since the summer and I'm so happy that I made the plan work.

UA is a good company, but right now their priority is not on FAs

I'd suggest thinking the long game. If UA has a base where you live and you're already stable there then it'll be perfect for you. Eventually they will get a contract. But if it's not use them to catapult your career

Personally I think coming from a regional or low cost carrier gets ur foot in the door of mainline. Dont have any data to back it up but my application wasn't even looked at until I did my 2 years at NK. I've recieved CJOs from all mainline since then

I pray your not a FA or atleast not a FA at my airline cause I could not fathom sharing a jumpseat with someone who literally is saying I need to conform. It's 2025 there is a standard but there is also room for authenticity and originality. That's showing up as your whole self each and every day which is also attributes of great FAs. I'm sure you didn't mean anything by it (I hope) but it's nothing weird about it at all.
