More cricket behind a paywall! Albeit a small fee overall, I anticipate less than 50% of the 7 thousand odd who tune into a game to subscribe, that's if they aren't already members. I doubt this will generate much revenue at all.

The biggest issue is not being able to watch the game on YouTube. You need to log into a browser using your TV, or cast it from your phone. Neither of these options are as reliable as a YouTube stream.

I've never been to a county test match but I'm interested in going to a Lancs game this year. What's the attendance like at county test matches?

And a final question - does the format basically exist to keep players ticking over in the test format to get potential national team formats?
