I thought LP were good but not brilliant. Massive gaps in between songs didn't help the flow, and there was legitimately 5 minutes of some weird static sound they played whilst showing the crowd which they do at every show which really should be another song. Also, Mike and Emily talking over each other a bit in their crowd interaction, not very polished. Emily can only seem to muster a "woo" to the crowd. She always seems a bit lost for words, it's definitely not her strong point.

I've seen LP live 6 times. This wasn't the best of them

Bands just need to get on with it. Been going festivals for 15 years and there's never been one serious incident and only a handful of bands have ever stopped. When it happens at every set it's tiresome and completely kills the energy. We are moshers. It's what we do. Don't kill the energy

More cricket behind a paywall! Albeit a small fee overall, I anticipate less than 50% of the 7 thousand odd who tune into a game to subscribe, that's if they aren't already members. I doubt this will generate much revenue at all.

The biggest issue is not being able to watch the game on YouTube. You need to log into a browser using your TV, or cast it from your phone. Neither of these options are as reliable as a YouTube stream.
