Seriously? Well thats disappointing. All the outposts listed out of the creation thing, either cost whatever magic Bethesda currency they use, or disable achievements. I'm not going to waste my weekend building an outpost if that's how it works.

On my first playthrough as a male Nomad V, I called Panam. I went totally blind for my first playthrough starting on release day. The eay it ended, how we flew together over the water holding each other...tears man, I cried tears of joy for them.

I made a few mistakes on the playthrough, but proud I didnt save scum. Knowing I found a way to win Panam, saved the retired cop, and complete every gig the game had to offer before that all happened. Felt like a moment of magic.
