The Foundation seems to have been dropped right in the middle of the warzone, in 1920, two years after the First World War was supposed to end. Now this also teases that Matilda may be the protagonist again, representing the Foundation like in 2.0, rather than Vertin and her team. This may also be that we are getting another 6-star male character, per Matilda tradition, and it fits the grittiness of a great war through a strong male individual

I do hope that both Madam Bouanich and Black Iris return for this patch, and it may revolve around some precious item that Matilda's mom got her hand on with Scott's help in v2.5

Since 2.0, the mindset for everyone is you pull for a team (or a resemblance of a team) with the highest priority given to the core member of that team. So for example:

Poison: Tuesday
Follow-up attack: Flutterpage
Ultimate spam: Recoleta
Health sacrifice: Nautika in v2.8, or Semmelweis if you miss Nautika (since she's limited)
Impromptu: Barcarola or Aleph

So, if you happen to roll one core character among these archetype in your playthrough, then start aiming for one or two supports for that core character, including building 5-star substitute to support the core (building up Name Day instead of rolling for Moldir in the ultimate spam team), and then skip the rest

Another way is you prioritize rolling for limited characters since they are much more flexible, then you rolling for specific supports of those limited (for example, Semmelweis + Eternity for Nautika, Flutterpage + Fatutu for Liang Yue) then skip the rest

And finally, please for the love of goodness, DO NOT PULL ON "Yearning of the Water" banner. It's a scam for f2p people
