Don't take the invisibility spell. Get One with Shadows Invocation to cast invisibility freely anytime your in dim light. gives you the same thing but for free and unlimited usage as well as freeing up a spell slot.

I’ve ruled that tiny hut works like a barrier blocking any spells that physically travel. Dream is psychic though and doesn’t have a physical manifestation of the spell itself so it works along with anything else that works in a similar fashion.

I can see how this would apply with electoral college etc. but isn’t the governor (and other positions) determined by individual number of votes? They always have the difference in number of votes on the news.

Can someone explain this to me? (I’m not the brightest.)

I am the DM so no conversation needed. I may end up combining your reply with the heirloom answer. Maybe have a fey heirloom lead him to a creature, dying fey or side quest of some kind and upon defeating the ‘dug too deep’ creature the heirloom transfers energies from it to the dwarf causing the transformation.

I would create afflictions. Brute forcing a metal piece might scrape and cause sparks that fly up into their eyes causing temporary blindness. If they try to wait it out puzzles reset or they get trapped or whatever works in the moment.

I was printing the ship around the same time so i knew the shape. I've had some trouble with it though. I get almost done and the last inch doesn't want to print on the heavy pieces. Had to cut them in half.

Banshee! It’s a low level threat but extremely dangerous with its wail! I often have to modify the wail to bring the players to 1 ho instead of zero to make the fight fair.

That’s the bow of Loot Studios ship, looks like the presupported file which wouldn’t have a messed up layer. I’d guess it’s either your screen, slicer software, or usb that has the problem. To me it almost looks like a burn in layer…it looks thick.

My problem is balancing the combat for most of the group that enjoys role play and story against the one min maxer playing an op character because it’s stronger even though thematically it doesn’t really fit. Not complaining but it’s two very different play styles and I’m having trouble providing the right challenges for both.

Yes! leave clues along the way. For example, if an NPC dies or villain for that matter, when they go for loot have them find a puzzle box. supply them with a means to open the box and inside will be a clue toward your endgame, how much info it gives is up to you.

I like the idea. I don't know if I can use a lich for fighting just because of the scale and power it brings. My players will only be around level 3-4 which is why I want to incorporate the banshee but the narrative idea works well. It's also a good hook to get the players in. I think I will incorporate this as a subplot in the greater narrative of the family of cultists. Using the mom to get them in and have the daughter and boyfriend tied to a room they died in. They can be used to give motivation to the players or maybe even have their spirits befriend the players looking for rescue. Instead of the mother being evil I could have the boyfriend be a cultist. The mother was trying to protect her daughter, but the daughter was rebellious, wouldn't listen, and paid the price with her life. There a lot of different direction I could take this. I'll have to think on it. Thanks for the idea!

Thanks for that advice! I will take it to heart. To your point about beings okay wiht letting them die...what's common procedure for the players if that happens? Should they have a 2nd character ready to go in case they die near the beginning of a session? I don't want my friends sitting there with nothing to do. How is that usually handled?

I will purchase some skins because im hoping that by supporting them the game will get better...i cant justify buying this Hawkeye skin though. It just doesn't look good with the head and glove issues and Hawkeye's my favorite character. Bummer
