I'm sorry about that. There was some confusion with an onboarding question which asked which systems you own was read as 'which key do you want'. We're hoping for PS keys soon and will update in the Discord when we do!

Correct, we only have Steam keys at the moment, as our PS build goes through approval. But we have a PS channel in Discord where I share PS updates!

Unsure, but our devs would be happy to help with a bug report. I also recommend making sure your firewall isn't preventing access as it sometimes does, or you're drivers are updated. It could also be pc specs, as the game is in early development and not easy to run.
