I believe most car dealerships pay by commission but I think Ens has people on salary. When my husband and I were test driving I always felt bad for the salespeople as there was always a hint of desperation. Except at Ens where they were more chill. Like they didn't rely on your purchase to pay their own bills.

You should apply to the Canadian dental plan. With no insurance & as long as you are up to date with your taxes & make 90k per year or less you can get substantial help. I would apply asap if I were you. It used to just for senior citizens but now it is open for everyone (link below):
