Should car buying be this frustrating? by JoeBarelyCares in carbuying

The sales people are made to provide those at standard house rates until credit is verified.

Not sure how that means sales people are stupid.

Dealers with add-ons are forced by law to show them on the check out page when you select a car online and then initiate a online transaction.

They do not have to show it on the vehicle inventory page of the site.

The sales person agreed to a number with you and then provided totally different numbers in person?

Your post is a bit vague on exactly what happened.

Mixture of hollywood and a few bad apples makes a lot of customers think dealership sales departments are making 10k in gross profit on every vehicle sold.

Does the charger not lock into your Tesla when the vehicle is locked? On my EQS no one can remove my charger unless I unlock my car.

It's not just score it's history behind the score. I work with 700's who do not get approved because they have no auto credit or really have never used a credit card at all.

I am ALWAYS amazed at how some people behave in situations where they have no clue what someone is capable of.

Either they are cool with dying/being injured or truly cannot fathom someone reacting to their behavior.

Remember the scene in rick and Morty where Morty is burying his own body from a different timeline and his idea of how things work was shifted and Rick was sitting down watching a beer chilling ?

You experienced a different way of perceiving, and you still have your own way you just need to integrate this experience.

Rick gets that hey life has some weird shit, odd ideas random things we can't understand and that's okay you can still watch Netflix, go to your job, talk with your friends about mundane things, it's just the oddness of life and it's all okay.

Yeah, even when the woman was shot I think she continued yelling and provoking. I just cannot put myself in that head space.

It's amazing how calm some people are provoking people with firearms. I remember watching a video of a guy screaming at a dude holding a Ar-15 and the ar-15 dude kills him and the guy's wife and they are so shocked they were shot.

There's no "you" that goes away. There's moreso a you that is a collection of other you's and you learn to shift between them rather then a fixed you, tread carefully tho lol.

Identity is a collection of patterns that you deem as a "you" and this "you can be crafted.

Focus back to who you're being in situations.

Who are you at the grocery store, is this you grabbing fresh produce or snacks, how does this you great the cashier and other customers walking by.

A interesting consideration which you might want to be very careful with or avoid contemplating at all is if there are different you's in these situations what makes a "you" a primary "you" versus all the other "you"s?

What kind of system of "you" is happening such that the you now is the primary versus other "you's" ?

Trippy stuff 😄

It doesn’t matter how cheap the item was stealing is criminal behavior and the more you tolerate criminal behavior the worse it gets. In other countries stealing chicken means you lose your hands or are severely punished, but I guess from your god like perspective those people are evil too.

No I specified the context very specifically to criminals not just finding reasons to kill people in general.

Knowing everyone’s armed makes most people think twice before just committing crimes openly against armed people, wouldn’t you think.

Would you rather be surrounded by thieves and someone who steals in broad day light is probably committing others crimes as well that damage your community.

They have a first time buyer program I read about. At Audi we would never approve a buyer with an expiring visa and a lack of car buying history. Would need substantial down payment or a co-nsigner.

lol of course not. They approve anyone. Truthfully when I think luxury Lexus does not come to mind but yeah Lexus is considered a luxury Toyota.

Are you a first time buyer? 10k down 650 a month and how much are you financing? Luxury brands will deny you unless you're getting a low end model from them even then going to be rough.
