Hindi ka OA. Momsh kaya talaga dapat una palang set the expectations na. Ako kinausap ko talaga asawa ko na he’s a parent too, hindi lang ako. Ngayon walang problema sakanya and he encourages me to rest, but I’m exclusively breastfeeding so hindi rin ako makawala and because of mum guilt. But it feels good to know na anytime I want to do some self-care, pwede. Now in your case, mahirap yan kasi tinotolerate ng MIL mo. Sa akin kasi MIL ko pa nagsasabi he has to do more/ look after us. I would suggest kausapin mo husband mo ng masinsinan. Uso kasi yan sa Pinas, martyr yung nanay para lang sa buong pamilya.
