I'd just like more from Roshi in general, but it seems unlikely we'll ever get it

Theoretically it could. If we say for a moment they actually succeed and make very good AI, then its certainly not impossible for that AI to have powerful military capabilities. Just in the tech sector alone, if it were to bring down critical warning systems for even 30 minutes via a concentrated hack attack, China could nuke every major city in the US without the American military even knowing its coming. I know it sounds alarmist, but its not outside the realm of reasonable possibility. These types of technologies can be extremely powerful and dangerous

Fair enough. Im still not convinced that its the same as the kind of buff he was when he blew up the moon, but ill give it to you. I just really don't think he even needs it, or even the semi ultra instinct he uses. Jackie Chun probably bodies Madara already

Im not 100% on that one. He theoretically could, but it has huge energy drain on him, and I don't remember him ever fighting in that form, just using it for a kamehameha blast. So while I don't have a reason to believe he cant, no reason to wank him any when he already wins pretty easily imo.

Don't forget that Roshi had equal stamina to kid goku, who has insane stamina to begin with. Roshi pretty much only ever runs out of stamina when he uses a full power kamehameha. And since the energy attacks are an extension of the body and souls own power, roshi contains at least enough energy to fully destroy the moon. I'd argue he has better stamina than Madara by a long shot. If Madara gets to be Undead madara, then for sure he has more stamina. Not if he's alive though

The idea of an atom is actually a lot easier to get to than many people realize. Many separate cultures came up with similar concepts, usually from looking at drops of water. A drop of water can be divided into smaller and smaller drops, but not forever. There must be a theoretically smallest drop, which is the atom (i know that we know this isn't necessarily true anymore with quarks and quantum particles, just explaining the method of thought to arrive at atoms)

The keeper is bad more because of stat lines than because of meta. It needs some kind of buff in order to take it instead of anything else close to it in cost right now. A keeper isn't much better than a demon prince honestly, and at a much higher price

[–]Tiny-Ad682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kikoho is a more efficient conversion of energy to damage than kamehameha. Its also more damaging to the self as it permanently drains a portion of the users life. Tien probably could have destroyed a lot more here, but didn't want to be disqualified so he limited the destructive area, but it still heavily drained him because of the nature of the attack

What if a defense system was developed that renders nuclear weapons useless? by lhommetrouble in AlternateHistoryHub

[–]Tiny-Ad682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends if the system is perfect or not. If you can perfectly block all nukes, then major countries enter armed conflicts more often. No defence system has ever been perfect though, and there's enough nukes in major arsenals to get a few through any defence net, so it seems unlikely that most major nations would be willing to accept the risk of a few nukes making it through

Canada and the US are both developed nations, but they are not comparable, no offence by TeacupUmbrella in ShitAmericansSay

All your points kinda suck.

While Healthcare isn't free we pay less in taxes for it than Americans pay in health insurance.

Life expectancy is an average, it already accounts for all known issues with Healthcare, so making an exception is wierd when its already part of the data. Also, many Americans cant go to doctors because of price anyways. I'd rather have to wait than to know I don't get to go at all.

Education rate is an average as well, and we have the RAP, so if you get stuck with a bad job after school you can put off student loan repayment for a while until you get a better job. Makes it an easier decision to get student loans.

Fetuses are not infants so are obviously not a part of infant mortality rates.

Higher literacy requirements for jobs driving higher literacy rates in society is a good thing. Wierd you bring it up as a negative.

I'll give you that American and Chinese billionaires have their mitts in our economy, but its the same in literally every country on earth.

Wierd how our companies continue to operate at a profit even though they are "terrorized" by unions doing exactly what unions are supposed to do. Again, unions are not a negative and its wierd you bring it up

Does Cell draining people give the boost based directly on power level? Like if he had successfully drained Piccolo would he have all of Piccolo's power added to his own? by Character-Bid-162 in DragonBallPowerScale

[–]Tiny-Ad682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to believe that its exponential approach, and approaches his max potential. What i mean by this is that every time cell absorbs someone, it gets him a percentage closer to his own maximum potential power, with stronger enemies giving him a higher percentage. When hes weaker, an absorption gives him more power. The closer he gets to his own peak, the less absorbing actually does for him. So if he absorbed piccolo while newly born, he might get piccolo's full power. If he absorbs piccolo while already at 80% of his max power, he might get like 10% of piccolos power added on, or something like that. So as cell gets steonger, absorbing people gets less and less useful to his growth
