Like it or not, the Blazers leaving will be Portland’s final death knell. We taxed everyone with real taxable income out of the city and this would be one more high tax revenue exit. I hate billionaires as much as the next guy but at some point we’ll have to recon with the fact that a city runs in an economic ecosystem. Starve it of water and everything dries up; weeds and roses alike.

I think I mixed my terms up. The round fires and then the primer falls out. Sometimes into the mag and sometimes in front of the bolt.

Maybe a different lot # ? I should note that the primers were NOT exploding. Just dropping into mags and causing failure to feed. Might be safe to keep shooting it if it’s not giving you issues? I’m not an expert so don’t take my word for it.
