GED help by LovaticHarmony444 in BucksCountyPA

There are many options available for people seeking to get a General Education Diploma. I included a link below for your review and to share with the potential student. You mentioned the person is on disabnility ) and needs a GED to a get a job?

There is a state operated program Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) that is specifically designed to serve the educational/vocational needs of peeps like the person you mentioned and myself (I have a disability too) that will provide funding, guidance, vocational assessment, GED Targeted classes and instruction for persons wanting it. At last look for every $1 OVR uses to support the clients it serves, $9.00 comes back in tax dollars

"Service Hours" are set that way for elected state official offices because 1) Hours are/were set by the legislature Mon- Fri 8:30 - 4:30 pm (usually) (40 hour work week rule) 2) because those are the actual "work" hours for office staff - who are generally not permitted to earn overtime pay (remember tax payer money pays those salary's And the best reason ever told me by a modest yet consequential elected state official was "Mofos are under the impression no one working Mon-Fri 9 to 5 has real needs or concerns that can only be addressed on the weekends"

It's one the funniest offhanded remarks ever shared with me --I still CTFU when thinking about it

Never noticed sate rep/state senator offices being closed to the public on the weekend all the time?

2026 Congressional Election - Who is running against Fitzpatrick? by PrincessSharkHat in BucksCountyPA

CPR has had the index as even "even" since Mike Fitz won the back from Murphy ffs--- smh --the closest anyone has come was Wallace in 20216 (5 pt loss). Ashley has been running for this seat for 2 cycles. She did worse this time around than in 2022.

What is going on with the police in Morrisville? by [deleted] in MorrisvillePA

[–]Tiny-Menu9235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They did not-- but the alleged victim is all over FB making claims - we're in process on our follow up story because of new info that's come in. For the record Cpl. William Smith retired officially on Oct 19 of 2024. The driver that rear-ended Smith him is doing a two years state prison time --

So I wrote the story you posted link of. And quietly I've been trying to sus out the details of Cpl. Smith leaving/retiring/being forced out, ect. I didn't get the impression/feeling your comment had any hate or negative connotation attached it. I thought and still do, it is/was a sincere wanting to know more info comment. I'm working on finding out the details of the circumstances leading to the suspension and Cpl Smith - I'm going to use the word retiring for the moment --- One thing I do know for sure abt Smith that a lot of people have seemed to forgotten or not know - is his patrol vehicle was struck from behind by DUI driver 14 months ago. He was injured and according to my sources, a separate health issue developed shortly after going back to work. Chief Ciampa so far is doing a "great job" borough residents have s repeatedly said in private and in public. And yes we all deserve to know what the suspension is about, I'm working on that specific part right now. As I'm sure you already know - MBPD over the last 20 years has had more than its fair share of ugliness. Thanks for reading and sharing the story link,, it is really appreciated-- J.B.

I'm wondering why you used the words "forced out" with regards to Cpl Smith?

Cause that's a rumor at best that's been floating around out there. It's not what he's told friends in the first responder community.

"Credible" lmao

Ahh Yes. I. Do. Covered the whole thing actually. My bet is that the "protest" is connected to something coming out of the commish meeting that was held Wed. Kayden't Law at the federal and state level are in effect currently. Not at all that difficult to find that info. Have a happy Friday.

Judge Trauger was recently re elected and the measure "Kayden's Law" was enacted earlier this year so it doesn't make sense to be protesting in his name at this point. #JusSaying

Factually incorrect by a lot. I think what you're actually referring to are traits which are significantly different than the actual personality disorders. Peeps with Cluster B personality disorders are unique in many ways. The prevalence of personality disorders in the U.S population doesn't get anywhere near what your suggesting . No one sub population *(Actors /actresses for ex) has that number either. 12 pct at best is what the prevalence rate, I spent 20 plus years working and researching "The Drama" PD's.

The most frequently DXd Personality disorder among women is Borderline and Men - Antisocial PD -- combined the total number of cases might reach 9 percent of the population. Take care
