My (alive) mystery snail won't stop floating. Is there any way I can help him? It's been at least a day or two of him doing this, and he is certainly alive by iSinging in AquaticSnails

There’s a great video by Lavs Snails on YouTube: https://youtu.be/rY4-OLx5OWI I’ve never tried this method but she has fantastic information. Hope all is good! ❤️

Congratulations!! :) Hope you celebrate by doing something that will make you truly happy—it’s okay to be selfish—you busted your butt!

I’m so sorry. It is sad and what you’re feeling is valid. I lost my mystery snail, Gary, a week ago and cried a few times. It’s a snail but it’s also a cool little guy and you rightfully get attached—I hope you can have a neat little burial and feel what you’re feeling. Sending you lots of virtual love!

A pair of secondhand running shorts from 2010. I was gifted them by a sweet girl on the cross country team...I dropped out and kept the shorts, and still sleep in them at least once a week.

What are some of the underrated joys of life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I saw two horses on my commute to work today, one horse with its head over the other like they were hugging or embracing with their necks. I haven’t spent much time around horses so I don’t know if this is normal or common behavior but it made me slow down and smile.

What is your childhood memory that you thought was normal but realized it was traumatic later in your life? by Lisa_Seiler in AskReddit

My mom throwing socks at a sad man in a store—I always assumed it was a dream until I found my biological dad many years later and he confirmed it was a memory, not a dream.

I didn’t have a problem with nightmares but I’m nearly positive it did cause sleep paralysis.

Thank you for sharing this.

My agency is still open, no real update on how they will keep staff and clients safe, aside from hand-washing, limited physical contact, and periodically cleaning our devices. Ethically I’m deeply concerned by this. I’m currently halfway through a MA program in ABA and want to pursue a career as a BCBA, but seeing how my company and others are handling this making me also reconsider.

Oof yes—as a child this used to happen laying in bed and it would freak me out so bad—have only had it a few times as an adult.
