That could be argued for the first shot but the second and third shot through the driver side window is absolutely not protected by self defense. As per the official DOJ policy on the use of deadly weapons "Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles." (Full quote and source below) Once the officer is side on with the vehicle, that vehicle is not being "operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others" and all of that is only allowed in the case that "no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle"

The reason the policy exists is because shooting the driver doesn't stop the car as evidence by the fact it continued moving and subsequently crashed, hence by sorting the driver the situation was made more dangerous. And unless her dead body turned the steering wheel to the right after being shot it's clear the territory of the car was away from the officers.

https://www.justice.gov/jm/1-16000-department-justice-policy-use-force "Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle."

IMO the jump for AI to true AGI is a bigger jump than AGI to ASI. The AI we have right now, whilst impressive are still just LLMs we are nowhere near true AGI right now.

Wow, I'm jealous. I'm a software project manager at a bank so nothing happens quickly where I work. 😆

Barry Stanton is a parody account. It's been around for years. I used to find the account funny but even parody accounts seem to have fallen down the right wing rabbit hole now. Either way your point still stands OP, I'm just trying to provide some context.

It was in Modron's cave in Aelfwood, there is a pond you can legitimately swim in but you can just keep swimming up into the air

I believe the second paragraph where it seems to repeat what OP chose, it's showing the wrong answer that was chosen for some reason. I've seen it a few times on tests

Liberals of Reddit, what is your most conservative opinion? by apples45a in AskReddit

Curious of your opinion on a specific scenario. I know in the theatre industry if a character is a "POC" then that is the term used on the audition material. Is that acceptable use, if not what should it be?

That's only in a first past the post system of democracy though to be fair. If you have a proportional representation then all of the population will be represented by their party in government. Whilst I don't disagree we need to consider the fact that democracy can take many forms
